Yes we can once a Canadian doctor has reviewed your "chart" and approved the prescription under his/her Canadian license.

You get charged one shipping charge per delivery, not per prescription.

Is the dispensing fee charged for each prescription?

Yes we charge a service (dispensing) fee for each prescription whether it is for 30 days, 60 days, etc. It remains the same dispensing fee.
