Prescription Drugs Sent to your Physician



	Download the Physician Order Form and have your physician fill it out and fax it to us. If you are unable to download the form call us at 1-877-542-3330 and we can fax it to you or your physician.



	Once we receive the completed form we will fill the order and ship the drugs to your doctor.

Charges

- Drug cost as quoted on our website, NO partial bottles will be sent you must order full bottles.

- $10.00 Canadian (approx. $6.40 American) per drug as a service fee.

- $18.00 Canadian (approx. $11.52 American) per package NOT PER DRUG for shipping.

Please Be Advised

We DO NOT ship controlled substances such as narcotics, amphetamines, benzodiazepane (e.g. Valium) and feel that we can best serve your needs if we concentrate on providing you with maintenance medications such as: high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, cholesterol medications etc.

To maximize your savings you should be aware that you are charged one dispensing fee per prescription whether that order is for 30 days or 90 days.

Not all prescription drugs available in the U.S.A. are available in Canada. We make generic substitution wherever possible to maximize your savings. Any generic drug dispensed has been approved for substitution by Canadian officials.
