Protecting your privacy is important to Canadameds.com - Point Douglas Pharmacy ("PDP"). If PDP is involved in a merger or other reorganization, PDP may disclose your personal information to the resulting organization. Also, PDP must cooperate fully should a situation arise where PDP is required by law or a legal authority to release your personal information.

Shipping Policy

It takes at least up to 10 - 14 business days to process your prescriptions once we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID prescription, plus 7 to 10 business days for shipping. The entire ordering process can take up to 21 working days to arrive at your door.

If you do not hear from us after 30 days, please call us toll free at 1-877-542-3330 for your tracking number. You can track your order at Canada Post or Royal Mail. Call us and we will let you which one your order has been sent with. *Canadameds.com reserves the right to refuse any cancelled orders within the first 21 days*

Return Policy

Pharmacist shall not accept for return to inventory any drug that has been previously dispensed (Pharmaceutical Act Section 23(1) Return of Prescription Medication (1) Manitoba)
