Side EffectsThe most common side effects with this medicine are: missed or irregular menstrual periods, nausea, diarrhea, weight loss
Precautions:
Before taking this medicine, talk to health care provider if you have any of the following conditions: dental disease, kidney disease, previous radiation therapy, blood disorders, bleeding problems, head injury, gout, infection (especially if you have a virus infection like herpes or chickenpox), seizures (convulsions), an allergic or unusual reaction to this medicine or other chemotherapy medicines or other medicines or dyes or food or preservatives
Preganant:
Before taking this medicine , talk to your health care provider if your pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant. This medicine can cause BIRTH DEFECTS. DO NOT become pregnant while being treated with this medicine. You MUST use birth control methods while receiving this treatment or if your partner is being treated with this medicine.

Dosage InformationThis medicine is taking by mouth with 8 oz of water. Take your doses on a regular scheduled time and DO NOT take this medicine more often than directed by your health care provider. Finish the full course prescribed by your health care provider. DO NOT stop taking this medicine unless diredted to do so by your health care provider.
Missed Dosage:
Take your next dose as soon as you remember. If it is time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double doses.
Storage:
Keep this medication in the container it came in, tightly closed, and KEEP IT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store it at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). Throw away any medication that is outdated or no longer needed.Store at room temperature.
Overdose:
Seek medical attention immediately. For non emergencies, contact your local or regional poison control center at 1-800-222-1222.
