Drug InformationOrally, chlorophyll is used to treat bad breath, to reduce colostomy odors, and for constipation. It is used intravenously to treat chronic relapsing pancreatitis.
Mechanism:
Chlorophyll contains components that are activated by light. It is believed to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and wound healing properties.
