Dosage InformationFor proper use of this medicine, follow the directions on the package, unless otherwise instructed by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose of this medicine. This medicine is taken orally and may be taken with food or milk to avoid stomach upset. Do not crush or chew extended-release forms.
Missed Dosage:
If your doctor has instructed you to take this medicine regularly and you miss a dose, take your next dose, as soon as you remember. If you are close to your next dose, do not double up. Skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule.
Storage:
Store at room temperature in a tightly closed container. Keep away from heat and light. Keep away from small children.
