Drug InformationThis medicine is a combination of estrogen and progesterone use to treat menopause symptoms. Your doctor may prescribe this medicine for other conditions as well.
Mechanism:
This medicine works by promoting the growth and development of the female reproductive system and secondary sex characteristics. This medicine also helps bone formation.

Side Effectsnausea, loss of appetite, bloating
Precautions:
You may not have menstrual periods while taking this medicine.
Preganant:
Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant. If you suspect that you may be pregnant, contact your doctor. For nursing mothers, this medicine is excreted in the breast milk. Before breast feeding, talk to your doctor about possible risks to your baby.

Dosage InformationFollow the directions provided to you by your doctor or pharmacy. This medicine may come with a patient information leaflet. This medicine can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. Take this medicine at the same time every day.
Missed Dosage:
Take your next dose as soon as you remember. If it is time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double doses.
Storage:
Keep this medication in the container it came in, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Store it at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). Throw away any medication that is outdated or no longer needed.
Overdose:
Seek medical attention immediately. For non emergencies, contact your local or regional poison control center.
